At Scopa, everything begins with a name.
Inspired by a famous Italian card game, a symbol of conviviality and sharing, Scopa evokes those simple, warm moments spent with friends or family. A choice that is anything but random: the founders, of Italian origin, wanted to infuse their concept with this authentic and joyful spirit.

Launched two years ago, Scopa was born from a passion for quality products and Italian gastronomy. The star of the house? The focaccia — the emblematic bread kneaded and baked in their own workshops following a traditional Italian recipe.
Ingredients are carefully selected and directly imported from Italy, with vegetables and charcuterie sliced to order.

At Scopa, every detail matters: the friendly cantina atmosphere, Italian flavors, product freshness, and warm hospitality… everything is designed to make you travel, just like at Nonna’s.

Already well established in Belgium, Scopa has big ambitions: sharing this unique culinary experience in other European countries — without ever giving up what makes it special: product freshness, respect for craftsmanship, and above all, the joy of sharing.
